Customers who purchase a puppy pay a 50% deposit or the full amount of the puppy. All deposits are final and non-refundable. However, if the puppy is not available or unavailable for sale for any reason, the customer will have two options. Option #1: The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days. Option #2: We will find a similar puppy that the client agrees as a replacement. If a customer does not accept delivery or cancels the puppy for any reason after the puppy has been shipped by the Breeder, the full payment made by the customer will be forfeited. All credit cards will be charged a 3% processing fee.
